The Aftercare and Reintegration Program is designed to support ex-offenders as they transition back into society. Its primary goals are to reduce recidivism, promote personal growth, and equip individuals with the tools and opportunities needed for a successful, crime-free future.
ABOUT THIS INITIATIVE
We provide structured support to help ex-offenders rebuild their lives and restore family and community relationships

We address the root causes of criminal behavior, such
an unemployment, substance abuse and lack of education
and skills.

We offer counselling and emotional support through individual and group sessions addressing trauma, addiction, anger management, and decision-making skills.

We partner with local businesses for job placements and internships & host entrepreneurship programs for those interested in starting a small business.
